Hello There!

I'm a hard worker with a knack for completing projects under pressure. I've enjoyed a variety of clients since graduating from the design program at Grand Valley State University, everything from packaging design, to adwords campaigns has been thrown my way. My favorite projects have to be website designs and developing new brands or refreshing an old one. I thrive on variety and finding new solutions to old problems.

Personally, I'm a sci fi nerd with a dog obsession and addiction to bad shark movies. I've also been called out for wearing too much flannel (but I stand by it). Most of my free time is spent drawing, training my dogs, exploring with my stand up paddle board or hiking in the woods.

    - Began freelance work for personal clients under the design handle GreyFin Design
    - Clients were almost exclusively from animal related fields with a few exceptions
    - Primary work included ad design, logo design, print media, and web design
    - This included website designs for several breed clubs

    - General design work included website layouts and user experience, logo design, and social media campaigns
    - Social media campaigns for a variety of clients from auto industry to dentistry

    - Managed and directed design department.
    - Designed and executed a variety of projects from website design, development of brand elements, to social media graphics.
    - Acted as liaison between design department and other departments (Management, Customer Service, Sales, and Development).
    - Led an overhaul and redevelopment of company brand and main user platform.
    - Directly interfaced with customers as the face of the design department.
    - Created new vector of business through product photography for local clients.
    - As MarketGrid, the company restructured, adding both a global development and global design team. As creative director I oversaw the global design team, and liaised between the development team and customer service team.
    - In 2020, YAC migrated to new ownership, re-branded, and was renamed.
